Terms of Service

These terms explain the limits of VPNQO subscription use, billing rules, and refund arrangements. Please read them before using the service, and review the Privacy Policy to understand how account information is handled.

Service Scope

VPNQO provides subscription access to international routes for cross-border access and network acceleration. Users manage plans through the panel, retrieve subscriptions, and import them into a client to connect on supported devices. A subscription does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites; users must obtain those separately.

Coverage includes 100+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage does not mean every route can access every website at all times. Actual connections may also be affected by local networks, target service policies, and route maintenance.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep login credentials and subscription links secure, and do not disclose them on public pages, in groups, or in screenshots. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change the password and describe the issue in a support ticket through the panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on devices they manage. This does not permit distributing the service to others. Reselling, renting, or publicly sharing accounts or subscription links, and setting up shared access for others, are prohibited.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, check the plan's data allowance, billing method, and price. See the pricing page for available plans. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

Compliant Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the service rules of target websites and apps. VPNQO does not authorize unlawful use or change a user's responsibility for their content, transactions, or online conduct.

Using the service for fraud, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful activity is prohibited. Users must not disrupt route operations, misuse service resources, or use automated activity to impair other users' connections.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Route maintenance, network operator changes, updates to target websites, and force majeure may cause interruptions, performance fluctuations, or changes to exit locations. VPNQO does not guarantee fixed speeds, continuous availability, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms. Content availability in a particular region depends on the target platform's actual response.

If a connection fails, first refresh the subscription, switch exit locations, and check the local network. Then use a support ticket in the panel to provide the device platform, symptoms, and circumstances. When submitting information, conceal passwords, subscription links, and unrelated personal information.

Users should keep copies of important information and prepare alternatives for critical tasks that depend on network access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNQO is not liable for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services or improper use by users. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be waived.

Refund Requests and Processing

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit a support ticket through the panel after logging in, stating that you want a refund and identifying the relevant order. You do not need to reproduce a fault or provide a reason for using the service to make a request.

To process a refund, we need to verify the account making the request and its association with the order. Provide any information needed for verification through an in-account support ticket; do not send payment records through public channels. Refund progress depends on ticket replies and processing by the payment provider. These terms do not guarantee a separate payment arrival timeframe.

Once a refund is complete, the corresponding paid benefits end. If there is a dispute about order ownership during the request, provide further details through the original ticket. These terms do not limit any other rights users have under applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious service disruption, or another material breach of these terms, VPNQO may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the account, or terminate it. Where required for service security or by law, necessary restrictions may be applied first. Users who disagree with an action may explain their concern and request a review through a panel support ticket.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes affecting service benefits will be announced through the panel. Where separate notice or consent is legally required, the applicable requirements will be followed. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights that have already accrued.

For information about data handling, read the Privacy Policy. If you have questions about these terms, an order, or account status, contact support through a panel ticket so the full handling record is retained.
