This policy applies to the VPNQO website, user panel and subscription services. It explains what information is processed to provide the service, why it is used and how long it is retained. Third-party payment pages and external websites follow their own privacy policies, which this policy does not replace.
Account and Order Data
VPNQO does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to create an account, so the registration process does not collect email addresses. Account data is used to verify identity, manage subscriptions and handle account requests. Passwords are authentication credentials; do not submit passwords or complete subscription links through support tickets.
Order processing involves the plan, amount, payment method, order status, transaction identifier and any necessary refund records. These details are used to confirm entitlements, verify payments and resolve transaction disputes. Traffic usage and reset status associated with an account are used to measure plan usage, not to create a list of websites visited.
Problem descriptions, screenshots and replies submitted through support tickets are used to investigate issues. Before submitting, conceal personal information unrelated to the issue and avoid uploading credentials for other accounts.
What the No-Logs Policy Covers
VPNQO does not record which websites users access through its subscription services, store browsing content, visited domains or destination address lists, or create individual browsing histories. The subscription services do not persistently store per-connection logs that can be linked to an account, including records matching connection source addresses and times with destination addresses.
Information needed to establish and relay a connection is used only while processing that connection and is not retained as a historical connection log. Cumulative plan usage, subscription status and order data are still needed to provide the service. These account management records are different from browsing records and do not mean that the service stores users' browsing content.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral channels and feature clicks, and assess whether information is clear and pages are working properly. This analytics data concerns the marketing website and panel activity. It does not collect content from third-party websites accessed through the subscription services. Passwords and subscription credentials should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language preferences and retain necessary session information. Login credentials in local storage are used to identify the current session. Clearing browser data may sign you out or restore default preferences, but it does not delete your account or orders from the server.
You can manage storage permissions through your browser. Restricting essential storage may affect login and page functionality. After using a shared device, sign out and clear session data.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
VPNQO supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider. VPNQO uses the necessary order status and transaction identifier to confirm the result and does not ask users to provide passwords for third-party payment accounts.
Payment providers may handle transaction data under their own policies; review the relevant policy before paying. VPNQO does not sell account data. Relevant information is shared only as necessary to provide the service, respond to user-authorized requests or meet applicable legal obligations, and processing is limited to that scope.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service; support ticket data is retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary dispute resolution. Order and refund records are retained as required for transaction verification and by applicable law. When those purposes end, the records are deleted or de-identified; data is not kept indefinitely without a purpose.
You can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Deleting an account may affect access to subscriptions and past order information. Transaction records that must be retained by law are not deleted with the account; our response will explain the reason and scope of retention.
Policy Updates and Contact
If this policy changes, VPNQO will publish the revisions on this page and update the date. Significant changes to processing purposes or the scope of information will be explained through appropriate means, such as an in-service announcement. Where consent is required by law, it will be requested separately.
If you have questions about this policy, data handling or a deletion request, contact us through a panel support ticket. For service use and refund terms, see the Terms of Service. This page covers privacy and data handling only.
